This spray smells amazing and is easy breezy beautiful to make.<\/p>\n<p>This stuff works too - but like most natural remedies it works best as a preventative. Meaning- soak your limbs with this spray before you step outside, not after you are bit! Last outside yoga class I taught I only used this spray and was not harassed by them pesky skeeters at all!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/yogawithadrien.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo-80.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-757 aligncenter\" alt=\"photo (80)\" src=\"http:\/\/yogawithadrien.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo-80.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yogawithadriene.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo-80.jpg 640w, https:\/\/yogawithadriene.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo-80-600x600.jpg 600w, https:\/\/yogawithadriene.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo-80-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/yogawithadriene.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo-80-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/yogawithadriene.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo-80-115x115.jpg 115w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<pre style=\"text-align: center;\">Simple Skeeter Spray:<\/pre>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">In a 16-20 oz spray bottle combine:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">15 drops lavender oil\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">3-4 Tbsp of pure vanilla extract (please note the *pure*)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">1\/4 Cup lemon juice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Fill bottle with water.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Shake it like a polaroid picture.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And thats all folks!
