Be careful of your regular programmed self talk.<\/p>\n<p>Be kinder, cooler.<\/p>\n<p>Believe in yourself and your beautiful body.<\/p>\n<p>Stretch your mind too.<\/p>\n<p>Seek smooth and controlled movement on your mat with today\u2019s Day 3 practice.<\/p>\n<p>And remember to BREATHE.<\/p>\n<p>I love you.
