I'm on this 30 day journey and I'm just so grateful. Thank you. Yesterday I did "charisma" and had to come back and say boy oh boy did I find it last night. Dinnertime usually a little stressful with my 3 and 4 year old. You could say they took moms lead and found there charisma. Best kitchen dance party while making dinner ever! My 3 year old now says let's go find charisma. Thank you.

I cannot tell you how much your guidance through this practice has meant and means to me. I have been trying to make “small changes” in my life and your daily practice has been one of them. But like the flap of a butterfly wing can create a hurricane - your practice has created an abundance of positive change in my life - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. I am very grateful.

Adriene - I have a question
Off late, I have been experiencing slight discomfort in my knees after I do yoga
Any remedies? Are there knee pads I can use?

Adriene,
I love you - You are my Yoga teacher, my 'guru'
You instilled the love for yoga in me
After which, I tried a few other teachers online
But realised that my love for yoga was tied to the special loving relationship you build with your 'students' - by expressing yourself as you are - all innocent, all energetic, all honest
Pl continue to do what you are
You are doing a great service for our community - its a delight to start the day with your lesson 🙂

All I can say is that tapping into that "fire" breath in the beginning (I have no idea how to spell it!) is super difficult when you're congested w/ a stuffy nose lol
