Today July 13 is my birthday, even though there are people care about me, we cannot be together because of the pandemic. It was great to do something healthy and uplifting and in some way recognize your special day.

Today is my 50th birthday, and to say that it is not what I planned is a huge understatement (for anyone reading this later, we are in the midst of social isolation due to the global COVID 19 pandemic). This was just what I needed. I don't feel sorry for myself, I am incredibly grateful for all that I have and all that I have experienced over the last 50 years, and I am so thankful for you and your gifts that you share so freely.
