i am 83 years old and have been doing yoga with Adrienne for several years. I am convinced that this daily practice is the reason that I feel so much fitter and lively than I used to be!
'Love Wins' is a favourite practice, especially when I am feeling a bit low... it makes me feel so good and thankful for all I have in my life. Thank you so much Adrienne, you are a star!
