This is one of my favorite videos! I am pretty new to Yoga...and am anything but flexible. I have been doing daily practices for about three weeks now and my fingers and almost palms (sometimes) touch the floor! I love how successful and proud I feel when I finish my practice...not feelings I usually give myself, but I'm working on it. Thank you so much your humor and attitude are addictive:) Looking forward to this daily journey!
