This shifted my mindset from “today will not be a good day”, to ”today could be a good day”. And that is huge. So thank you for all your practices. I would like to try the calendar starting today because I haven’t been feeling my confident self lately, and I clicked on the calendar; waddya know, November 19th’s video is yoga for insecurity!
If I would be a butterfly, I’d be emerald with pink streaks throughout my wings. Thank you - have a beautiful day:)

Doing yoga with you every morning gives me the strength, mindfulness and determination to get through my treatments with the most positive attitude. I have an especially difficult treatment today and this Rainbow Yoga has me smiling and ready for whatever the day may bring.
