Just really needed exactly this today. As someone who is not in good shape anymore, I super appreciated your recommendation to listen to my body. I did a few extra stretches and stretched during moments that were too hard for me. And, now I feel so much better. Thank you!

I contemplated yoga or running this morning during my morning meditation and was lead to yoga. This one called to me immediately. I need a tender heart conscious-flow. This delivered everything my body and soul needed to fuel my moment. Thank you.
