i am thinking about doing the reboot program. but i would like to know a little bit about the videos before i purchase them. are they similar to the free youtube adriene videos or is there more quiet time and less talking? i hope this is not offensive, but it helps me to go deeper when there is less talking. i thought i'd ask before i buy.
i didn't find a simple contact link on the website, so i am trying to reach out through the comments site and hope i'll get an answer.
