A few videos on this site don't give you that option. Which means I have to go to youtube to watch this video. Which is a bit of a bummer because youtube is very overwhelming and anxiety inducing for me. Thank you for this exercise, I really felt better after watching it. One thing I have a question about is the alternate nostril breathing portion of this exercise. I commonly have a problem with my left nostril being blocked, not allowing flow of air in and out. If you suggest I add my own modification the alternate breathing exercise, how to suggest I modify it for myself?
