I love her energy and her sillyness...I have been watching daily and so inspired by her method and how she teaches. I wish I could attend a class in Austin - will she ever come to Denver?!?

I just wanted to take moment say that watching and going along with videos is seriously changing my life ....I am very new to yoga (5months)...but I have diligently done at least 30mins 5days out of the wk...starting to see and feel changes in my body ...1st time ever my tummy is shrinking ...happy dance and holy moly my butt that's all I will say hehe...and feel amazing and a little less stressed and grouchy ...all in all thank you for taking the time to teach

Hi Adriene, two requests...

Your yoga for cramps is brilliant, are there any other of your videos you'd recommend for that time of the month or could you do some more? I know you are suppose to avoid all sorts like inversions and I end up fretting about what to do.
Also... apart from the SAD vid, what to do when I'm crabby as hell, angry, frustrated, upset....I sound like a glorious person don't I ?!?!?

And finally THANK YOU for your amazing videos and happy, warm, goofy way. I LOVE it and you've helped me so many times xxxx

Hello from Vermont... What a pleasure to have found you on this amazing tool we call the internet... I think it's been about 15 years or more since I've been in Austin (love it there)... With your wonderful videos, I feel like I'm practicing right there with you. I love your style, your energy, your clearly extensive knowledge of yoga and overall well being, and most of all your thorough yet playful way of sharing it!! Thank you.
