In August my son turned 2 months I was sitting on the couch trying to figure out what to do with myself and thought I never tried yoga and always was interested. Ive been doing it daily on the YouTube channel ever since. I was anxious, irritable felt like I couldn't get my shit together lol. Now I feel calm balanced better than I have since I was in my early 20s. I stopped taking my antidepressant, I take cbd but that is natural. Also I have chronic back pain I was on pain pills and hooked but I've been clean 17 months. And now I have no pain with no pills. Yoga REALLY CHANGED MY LIFE. If I miss a day I really feel it. My only problem is Im gaining weight.....Maybe gaining muscle? I know it has nothing to do with the yoga. I was pregnant 4 years in a row so I had no strength. I totally feel like I'm getting it back though. I hate cardio with a passion but fell in love with yoga and these videos. Is there anything recommended that could help me drop weight with yoga? I do the weight loss series but I like to mix it up based on how my body and mind feels that day. Sorry I'm ranting on but I was a person who did not like exercise didn't do it, like I said depressed anxious and today I feel like a different person! I could go on and on about the positive effects it's had on me! I talk about it to my mom groups and friends. I LOVE YOGA WITH ADRIENE lol!

I took a few classes in the past and struggled with the instruction and often found myself comparing my practice to others. I have been doing your videos for 15 days and am love. I can already see improvement. Would you consider creating a video for those with osteoporosis? There is very little out there and I have learned that yoga can be very beneficial yet some poses need to be modified or cause problems. Thank you!
