Thanks for all the great videos. I have a request that may not be so applicable in Austin, but up here in Wisconsin I would love to do some Yoga for After Shoveling Snow! Something to stretch out the shoulders and back after working so hard. (Or a different approach could be something to be used beforehand, to build up strength in the muscles one relies on for shoveling). Thanks!
